If I get this correct, you belive the shares held by SIAF HK and owned by external partners, will donate 18,3% of TRW to shareholders in SIAF.
Then they will get the same shares back from SIAF.
And then TRW, as a non-party in the transaction, get's a $62 mill reduction of outstanding debt to SIAF?
This can't be for real.
And if the Bus Adv. and Flying cristal was set up for future debt conversion, this must have been a plan all along, or? What we have understood is that this plan came late in 2017 when discovering tax issues regarding divi distribution.
Also, those two companies set up for debt conversion do not seem to be involved in this distribution.
Can you help me out?
